We're good to start the season we had a good jump but that's when teams again and organize them you know facing that same. I'm not trying to slip out of this season here I'm just saying that I thought I got myself into a better place. About it played better hockey. And it. You know for me that I was I was. Now as I felt better and and felt more comfortable and what I need to be doing in the basin. Now I I felt things had turned and and as a team we are paying attention the right kind of things and and we showed we could beat any team any night. Usually typically. But we saw some organizational issues I think the last thing we need to do is is have some kind of work stoppage. Good morning welcome to inside high school sports Tony Caligiuri along with. Mike Tino Bruce old Roger Weis and DJ David so brits in studio we've got a lot to talk about this morning. You may already be aware of this but this morning who lives in saint passed away. Might dig I'm sure you're familiar. With passed away this morning after about a three year battle with alzheimer's. I grew up in south Buffalo and Mike drove me into school every game for four years. He was a great and someone that was tremendous role model for decades of young men that went to saint Joe's not only was. He hall of fame track and cross country coaches and He was and he was someone that every one that went to saint Joes close to someone that you would do absolutely anything for anyone. He was always known for his mark cracks his love for south Buffalo is timing grant. Whenever had a game and timing for any sport he would go school that agency he was selling tickets to get into God's country. That if if the students didn't buy a ticket he will allow them and he would joke about selling bottles of error from south Buffalo to those guys from the north side his dedication to helping young men. Grow up to become great husbands fathers and men in something. needs to be acknowledged me be planning last week and about him on your short but if not I ask that you matching his passing. Certain words that are appropriate and things like that's of people look at that culture. As it being is to get some good there's no way I'm very busy that I did miss guided. that they have. I mean that's a team that hasn't had a great year and a long time and wonder what their fans are thinking right now can we keep this up they lost last night. About eBay pulling Junior autographs on this. This thread and somebody comes in in and agrees with all that. And and points out how when Whitney Houston died this person sold all of their Whitney Houston. Autographs in one day. And then faithfully. from my taste. Somebody else came in men and said this is the point. This person writes I'm actually gonna do is actually gonna read on the radio a comment from a thread under article on the web. Now it is to find it. You not gonna do do that but just like that that's that's the problem when. People run. To the web to sell all this stuff buyers don't know it's harder to tell what's legit. And what's not and I think it's perfectly fine. In the 55 set. So I did it I mean and and we had my wife and I had a conversation we've had before. Which is. Really does it matter that much how nice your card is you either. Have a comment to a rookie card or you don't early two outcomes. And as it happens now I do have one so. As Become a collector in the last few years I have always gravitated toward trying to get the nicest whatever. That I can but it brought back to my conversation we had a few years ago. That one of budget some money to go through my collection in the fund will be in the the strategizing for me it's just him. And figure out. Where I can upgrade. I've never been much for the idea of upgrading I'm more inclined to buy a what I don't have. Right that makes sense. But I wanna make a few of my sets are near sets that I've been able to build over the last couple of years through buying different collections. A little better got a 57. Set it's close to completion and got a mental and of in the PSE to grade. And I don't want to I don't need an eight that's gonna cost me thousands. But of like a five but it set a standard of a minimum grade in my collection of say five even six. They'll take me a lot of money to to do that but one good thing about the idea of upgrading his. Because it's so easy to sell you have online especially when it's graded and it's very liquid. That done you're making a lot of that money back by by a mantle three in 1957 should say a 57 mantle in three. It might cost me 200 box on his guessing. But Stiller my two might army under fifty. So I'm like forty or fifty dollars imagining. In for making that that move now of course there's the argument. Why do it all mean you have the cards with back to the Timonen. White why bother Weis might have spent 4050 box and something else or kids' education. But anyway like the idea of what I what I wanna do is not spend the money when I wanna do is just take an imaginary figure and and figure out how I would allocated. And then do that again it's at and not spread to die that's what I wanna I just wanna play and it's one. Prepare for the fantasy draft utterly wanted to play the games.
