By doing something and whether that's just a mirage it smoke and mirrors whatever it is. People get energized whether it's signing it Terrell Owens trading perjury Bledsoe. Now firing Dick Jauron who was definitely out of favor with the fans in Western Europe for good reason. -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Reaction was not good start -- but I think people are kind of warming up to -- and I know that your your OK with the hiring of dealing. I got a wait and -- kind of guy never snap judgment I got a coach unless I'm really really familiar with the body of work. I'm not watching and -- most of us and buffalo are but he wasn't Dallas he did have to winning season where he went to the playoffs. And I think you have to give the benefit of the doubt that's much more. Than almost any NFL coach can say especially any recycled NFL coach so I think what to expect from this team is a little more about. Energy going into the season and we've had the last couple years -- picture on a little more optimism. But all in all being said they still don't have the talent to compete at and every Sunday basis especially. In the division there and to really compete for a playoff spot I think this time the biggest thing I expect that training camp though is. There's going to be a lot of competition. It's going to be fair there's not these guys I think Dick Jauron really had his mind disguise this this guys that. And that's we're gonna leave Roscoe -- good very defied yet actually it is a good example. We're gonna see competition where you see a lot more heading. Where is he a lot more of -- conditioning type atmosphere and a physical atmosphere and I think that's a good thing for this organization for these guys who haven't had that under can't -- Jauron basically. Yeah last year obviously you know when there's a new coach that comes in. -- -- you would NFL franchise obviously that's gonna rejuvenate some of that older players obviously that's gonna rejuvenate some of the fans. It's might be rejuvenating the players but I. For the first time in since I've seen it -- well in its work inner workings I I. A lot of fans heard rotten about this season because they know it's pretty much gonna be a wash -- and I I think I think the biggest thing. More so than wins losses. I don't care about that this season and I know I should but I don't care about that I just wanna see progress that's the biggest thing I just won a seat. Them focusing and and develop some of their youth I wanna see them develop as a team and and get these schemes all all -- Douglas which is why. I I wasn't really all that up in arms about about their not being cornerback because they need to establish a culture there that's. One of the biggest things in foot and professional football what you need to do your coaching staff. Has to establish a culture and they have to establish a way that you approach the game the way to prepare for the game the way that you that you just rapid dive in and get out on the gridiron and how you play and and and what you're reads are from a played a plate races. It all establishes in that first year with the head coach and and if this is a do or die training -- protection -- might well. I'll I'll agree with you gonna take a step further not only you have to establish a culture it is -- winning culture it. What really bothers me about how this organization has really affected the psyche -- -- -- and I heard it I've read it online. I heard on networks -- in stations like this with callers even host. People I mean it's so infuriated when I hear people say things like well I hope we lose the last few games as -- fans so we get a better draft pick are you freaking kidding. That's not how you establish a winning culture you establish when he culture by winning trying to win every game and you don't. You have to have the mindset from Monday through Saturday that we are going to win on Sunday. Yeah you know what you can -- have you'll of the top five -- and that's better than having the number twenty. But they pick in the top twelve for the last ten years basically and where has it gotten them nowhere because that medal winning culture. A stabbed bush in that building around that organization. So I agree with you a 100% a winning culture is what has to be hat in that doesn't mean you have to win every week. But you have to tell everybody that you are striving to win every week and you're going to go out there and try to win every week and that -- object your object is not to. The spread offense was a direct counter to the zone defense and now you're seeing the countered that yeah which is the heist at the college is out on the street by three -- and you're putting more linebackers on the field instead of the climate.
