Yes we are it's been all lovely here this weekend it was a 74 yesterday in its gonna get up 77 by midweek. So while we I I went to a local racetrack actually they have they had -- early pre season and -- and it felt like every short trek in the area should have been running yesterday with the weather. But -- yeah I hate we we didn't like in the eighty being here in Chicago which the -- -- that's just unheard. It's it's been nice to enjoy guys out -- out -- on the. Weather's been a little bit of an issue don't bristled this morning that they had little rain but the jet dryers are out and does stuff following some other reports on Twitter looks like will be the start the race today on time. Odd job before we get it atop a racing on its quick. Obviously you've been with ESP and quite some time and working with their and it cherry coverage right now like EE. Come up with this website RPM tonight dot com and it's kind of a throw back to one year old gigs idiots the end. Yeah Ali you know for eight years I -- -- the -- and I'd dot com show us also doing they're reporting in NASCAR's and the other series. For ESPN and you know unfortunately this show went away gosh it's been almost ten years I guess nine years ago 2003 was the last year at the show. And yeah I always know waited for for the LR PM to buy dot com domain name to become available and little over a year ago I've found out it was available so I you don't want to godaddy. And -- twelve bucks an audit for a year then decide to start a web site on my show didn't. Now -- yeah after experimenting with writing html code and all that stuff that had no idea what I was doing easy -- I was surprised at work. They had someone who and volunteered to you know his jobs in computers and he came up with the current design that we use right now and so we're just had a lot of fun with it and you know hopefully one day it'll grow into. You know pretty popular web site and don't become business for this is what -- opened the day it's still a lot of fun this first year doing it. And I'm quite surprised that with that no budgeted all of that. We're Scott now that we have a pretty loyal fan base to follow the site regularly. Guess if you are just looking for info on anything motor sports NASCAR any cherry IndyCar RPM tonight got it. News reports he's got video from the media center podcast. You kind of a a a full service. Website for race fans and any kind of motor sports. Oh yeah that's you know I wanted to be because I hosted that show and -- inside. The TV show on ESPN two is the same way we covered everything you know well I guess. Lot of people said let NASCAR dominated bird as far as popularity go that's. You know that's NASCAR's. And number one among the motor sports at least in the United States. So you know I tried to open that everything of course mind all the with the NH RA. Covering -- it's for a ESP in on their broadcast for a fifteen out of 23 races this year. You know I still like I get a lot of the NH RA people on -- -- doing podcasting IndyCar people being great NASCAR people being great it's. It's been a fantastic experience so far. Are enough for the commercial but I wanted it to get get out the mention about blogs like has it is a great -- information let's start with some other racing series you cover the NH RA. -- better rain last week and downing Gainesville but they finally got the show went on Monday. Three races in four than the NH RA what are some of the big stories -- early on in the season. Well -- you know what the big stories that came up last week the pro stock motorcycle of course opens up their cities and everybody was looking at decree which possibly here in your -- the Harley team. Possibly outbreak to 200 mile an hour barrier which is never officially been done -- had done it protesting earlier in the week they pretty much dominated the weekend. And then middle of this week it did they came out that former champions. -- Conley was losing is sponsored nitro fish because Kenny Gretzky you know a razor in the past. Who -- and I -- this company. Decided that there's no parity band so people the the sponsorship part I think. You know it wasn't a slight to Ellie in the job that they were doing they they have a Suzuki. -- Tuesday it was more. A complaint trying. Send a strong message to the NH RA that maybe they need to modify the rules. To bring this is rupees in the -- closer. In in competition. With the the two -- that are out there he also got you know John force racing off to a great start Robert -- couple wins might have been too. You know some finals. There -- they're doing quite well and dandy in top fuel it looks like. The big story and I don't think -- it should. Surprise anyone that is how well Morgan -- is running they you know he won on Monday in top fuel. He has more of a a better working relationship with Allen Johnson. Who runs the -- not be seen what you wanted that top fuel championship past two years. But I think Morgan. In getting. Aaron Brooks over there his crew chief -- you know studying under Alan Johnson. That that might be detained beaten top fuel terabyte looks it at issue market teams and an alum lobby but will it. Alan Johnson slash Gallup lobbies input I think Morgan Lucas might be the dark course if you will when the championship this year. You mentioned John force and he's built himself quite a little employer there in funny car racing with all those guys you named including himself and Robert -- Mike -- on top of the points innings and Courtney force racing too although like I think she it'll shake up eighteen -- less slap in the wall. During the race weekend but. Jockey John is just the best person million motor sports and he's being going to this now for quite some time and it's it's amazing he can still. Keep up the competition level at this stage in his career. Oh yeah and you know he won the championship a couple of years ago he had that that horrible crash about five years ago it got in Dallas -- a lot of -- in the hospital. When it comes back and in no way that the it was that funny car championship. Couple years ago you know takes away from Matt Hagan who want -- championship last year the -- dramatic and on the as the final day of the season. But yet it's kind of amazing. To be around John. And as energy and where he gets it but I guess is as busy as he is because he's all over the country doing things when he's not raising. Making appearances for the Castro offers tempers any number of sponsors. And it just did this just to watch him arteries we can't work with the bands. Worked with us to the FPA and it is it's just amazing you think guy who's been in the sport -- as dominant as he has been. You know for decades you'd think you might -- -- standoffish. But that's not charge on this. You know he's got hurt he's he really is a great guy and it's like I I don't -- he drinks a lot of full throttle. Got tons of energy. He has said that energy beam for the invented full throttle it that you though it's been. John -- of ESPN and RPM tonight dot -- and he gave Buchanan here and delete yours fast track. On the NH RA full throttle series is off for a couple of weeks they're going to be in in Vegas at the end of the month -- have to Charlotte for the four white nationals. Course -- isn't where the Sprint Cup Series was last week John and Tony Stewart a rear early season win for the defending cup champion. A little bit different form for the fourteen team this year. Yeah I eat you know he's got a new crew chief here and after a winning. Last year Richard you're right about Tony it's been like for years -- as well those guys. You just kind of maintain an even pace the first half of the season that all the -- in the summer months we can't it would get hot and he would catch fire and you know make a charge towards the toward the title of -- from thereon but very you know you've got him. Right now the seventh in the point he's. -- he could conceivably lead Bristol with a point lead the with the way the point here are awarded now depending upon what happens. But de -- it was it was good to see smoke in the early season win and -- he's another one of those guys who. He is counted down to Earth Day and fun to be around not only just fun to watch race on the racetrack but especially to see when he gets out. You know there's some of the dirt track and things like that he's just just like one -- -- What is -- about Greg Biffle he's off to a fast start 33 place finish is starting on the pole today at Bristol. Is this the year than the -- makes a serious run for a championship or is it too early to tell. I think it might be too early itself that you don't personally. You know I like go to Greg Biffle and and always have from. The days when you know basically any Parsons discovered them during that winter -- series -- and Arizona. And I helped you know get him the ride with Jack -- in the truck series of but day you know he just seems like something always happens he'll show promise. And then you know just -- -- it all off its. It's difficult for your finger on exactly why but you know. Maybe he's matured as a driver. Maybe that team has the right chemistry we certainly know that their -- that we are racing. As all of the schools. To win a championship so. I don't see why not. But I think it's too early to tell and I think yeah we talked about how -- at least you're used to opt into this season. I think this summer. The stretch when it gets hot tracked its slick it'll be interesting to see -- double can keep up his consistency.
