You feel like this is all necessary and good that it's so much of a year round thing or would you like to have. More time off this time a year. -- are doing what the changes in the industry BA and the new CBA with the two policies and his. You know have been helpful salute all the players right now -- be able to go back to school and finish up degree. You know and an awful split some time to see what might interest them opt out of football window Tom to look -- too -- and you know we haven't time to be able to come and train together the team and and also have -- days. MB over the you know work a strict and aircraft in the more controlled environment you know would basically not on the pounding. And that physical aspect of this more mental lectured you or your arm and no word alarm but proper communication to your teammates and the so right now it's more mental right now on the practice it and it is it. I'm guessing George to that point that given all of the the talks serious talk this offseason about. About the the physical told that the game takes in and lawsuits and all these things. That it's a thing that you're really more focused on May be then before that. You you're you're maybe thinking more are you about just. What kind of a whole again using that word it's all it's all taking on your body in your brain specifically. Yeah I think it would all the research and a lot of the other testimony did you know former players are put out because you know how they're feeling. You know once they left the game -- definitely think it'd make guys more of the current players more modern although. -- -- weren't sure that your body and it takes a look at the game actually does well in north end of the day this is personal decision that. Each and every year you in a real player makes. You know to play this game nobody's making those -- make this do anything you know this is something we will we want to go to the we'd love to do something we enjoy doing so. So this is something that you know we have to look. We would take ownership of because of you know because -- that it is that we may have played this game. On the other hand you know now there's inflammation is actually coming out because of the research that being blown -- as you know. More than that about five years ago inflation was an acceptable you know we can have -- do researching and knowing what the damage you know. To a to a brain about playing the game over an extended period of time so you know what their -- -- become an out can -- more educated decisions about. You know if they wanna continue -- how much longer they wanna continue to play. Is being overstated a little bit -- you guys we knew there were 43 alignments. Last year but but for yourself as a defense of back to what's different this year. You know -- like you just mentioned you know there was gone for real -- a year ago but it just the mentality and approach. The planned to be a completely different you know when you've -- -- brute force came -- a portrait -- -- Good medically you know we have you know the core group of guys that were here last year. Do you think here you are liberty and the -- sounds the same in like now you think you have a team that's ready to win and these are very exciting times do you think it's harder. For a team that hasn't won for so long. Two to breakthrough because of that fact that you haven't really enjoyed as a group and maybe. You develop a sense that like things are gonna go wrong at some point the -- to fight against. -- that think you definitely have those challenges because put our own for a long time now. You know where there's always been optimism in the -- you have always -- optimism and training camp and start the season off well we've got knocked a compressed but in the past but. You know it always goes back to when it works its value team who was armed and you know when you've been -- him for a long period of arms and arms the bulk. When neighbors decrease in the -- Becomes their right behind it is here we go looking. And so that's where you know ultimately the mentality has to change where you know you're not gonna start saying -- regal looking into -- view what cannot do to help. You know. In a -- You're back on the right track and that's what each and every individual guy asked -- to him as we continue to work together played together we can be a very competent and they came true which. And firstly I'd love to hear you tell the story of how you got switched to defense of back from from wide receiver was it. Something that you expected to have happen even while you were playing college football or toward the end of your career nor -- they were drafted. Just dumb can you tell the story of how you ended up playing defense. Yeah you normally would definitely work unexpected you know you know is gone and Kumar is coming off my third year.
