Absolutely like that that's possible someone gets that they have a bit of a purpose going forward -- you know what. I'll look back at history an -- back coaches who were great like Bill Walsh. Joseph Gibbs. Went Super Bowls don't remember that skinny on the sideline grabbing face mask and yelling at people all the time. You don't have to do that to be successful. You need to do your job what you're paid to do and you motivate yet. Maybe you need so what's the -- -- yelling at you once in a while bill cowardice that once a while you know house bill powered it don't watch them the clips of him on the sidelines. Went up to guys and hugged. Like -- -- it doesn't work all the time with everybody some people you've ever been around employees you'd ever coached kids or anybody the college level. So these teams go along way to really insulating themselves from the scrutiny of on field clashes you don't wanna fight with a guy on the sidelines you fight with a -- locker with the cameras are on. And I don't wanna sound like the old man who's yelling get off my lawn because things were -- different back in the day but. The truth is. People are different today than they were in the 1970s. When that stuff was going on today and today we we hear from coaches all the time talk. Talk these college coaches about these college kids. People are different emotions and they're just a more fragile it's it's the different ways to motivate people and that's just the truth of it. -- -- -- where we're in a society where where people are a lot more and -- sand and I think it's that. That's kind of the changing of the guard in the NFL that you're seeing really all over professional sports not just.
